Flex Select Express (DU)

A streamlined option using FNMA DU findings for Approve/Eligible or limited Approve/Ineligible cases, following Flex Select guidelines where silent. This program is ineligible for ITIN, P&L Only, and less than 2 years of self-employment history. The max loan amount is $2,000,000, and exceptions are not permitted.

Investor DSCR No Ratio

A standalone program designed to offer DSCR options when rental income is not sufficient to cover monthly payments, allowing investors to qualify without a standard ratio. It offers fixed terms up to $1,500,000 and has removed reserve requirements for loans with a calculated DSCR of 0.75 or greater.
