Asset Qualifier

The Asset Qualifier Program is designed for borrowers who have significant verifiable assets and would benefit from alternative loan qualification methods. Asset statements are used by high net worth individuals for qualification in addition to a DTI calculation, with no employment required and income calculated by amortizing qualifying assets over a 5-year period with a 3% rate-of-return. The program has a maximum DTI of 50% and requires PITIA reserves on the subject property only, with assets documented with 3 months statements.
